1. Service Description
Travel Shield is a travel protection service provided by Aura Smile Studio for patients receiving dental treatment. It covers flight tickets, hotel accommodation up to 5 days, and treatment guarantee.
2. Eligibility
Travel Shield coverage is available to patients who have scheduled dental treatment at Aura Smile Studio. Coverage begins on the policy start date and is valid for a period of one year.
3. Coverage Limitations
Flight tickets are economy class and do not include baggage fees. Hotel accommodation is limited to 5 days per visit. Treatment-related complications are covered for one additional visit within 12 months.
4. Policy Verification
All policies can be verified online using the unique policy code provided. QR code scanning is available for instant verification. Aura Smile Studio reserves the right to modify coverage terms with notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aura Smile Studio provides Travel Shield in good faith. The company is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to flight cancellations by airlines, natural disasters, or changes in personal circumstances.
